The place is really nice with a good potential They are under renovation, that is why restaurant is closed. But renovated to are pretty nice, warm and cosy. We liked it. And we will definitely recommend to visit this place after renovation will be finished. Or even now, if you want to be in the heart of the old Prague despite the breakfast is not available;) Thanks for the staff, cleaning service was good, reception staff especially Mr. Dimitri and His colleague Hendrix. There were extremely helpful with reservation, parking and places to visit during stay❤️

The hotel interiors and location is very good, minutes from the Charles Bridge. However the hotel is under going renovation (which I did not know about), so it was a bit of effort to find the entrance. Plus you cannot use keycard to enter the building and have to ring the bell to get access to the main door, which was annoying as sometimes I had to wait for over 5 minutes in really chilly weather to get inside the building only to find out the gentleman at the reception was busy chatting with some customer.

Great hotel. Excellent location. Very clean and bright rooms. Very comfortable beds. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect place to stay to tour the city on both sides of the river. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Prague.

Excellent hotel, excellent location right next to the Charles Bridge and the river. The hotel rooms are large, clean and well arranged. The hotel staff gives good advice and is available at all times. I will definitely return to the hotel the next time we are in Prague.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable rooms and beds, clean, with all amenities included. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Very well located at the heart of Prague. Breakfast is currently not available due to renovations. The only criticism is the long time for check-in, it takes a lot of time. They should really speed up this process.
